All products leaving the FNT facility have received a quality control check. Patch cables and pigtails are certified at the factory.
Any discrepancy or claims for damage must be made within 5 days of product delivery. If you find that the product you received is defective, please call for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Return the product to FNT for inspection. If a factory defect is found, FNT will either replace the product or refund your full purchase price, less shipping or other handling fees.
If replacement product is required immediately, FNT will ship and bill for the replacement. Upon receipt of the defective product and verification of the defect, FNT will give either a merchandise credit or refund for the defective product.
If defect is found to be caused by the end user (or if the 5 day claim period has passed), no credit will be issued
FNT gives merchandise credit for returns of all non-defective products. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for return of items which are not found defective. Items must be returned in their original packaging in order to receive credit. Custom built or items determined to be specialty items by FNT may not be returnable.
